"Recently my family has had some need to invoke our State Farm auto insurance. While those incidents were not fun, the ease and accuracy of the State Farm process to get the cars fixed, loaner rented, and finalized made things so much better. I was in consistent communication with Tim (who is awesome) and also utilized the State Farm app to initiate the claims process. Wow is that efficient! Within an hour of my submission, I had a rental setup and collision repair on the calendar.

It is so nice to have that personal service when going through life events!"

"These guys rip it up in the insurance world! Perfect one two punch combo. Dawn is personable, responsive, and professional. Then comes Tim, he’s like the guy from the movie Rain Man in more ways than one. In the back office, crunching numbers the long hand way. Calc, Trig, subtracting off DUI’s, whatever math it takes to save the customer money and insure them properly! I’d give 6 stars if I could, keep up the great work Dawn and Tim."
